Due to the nature of our handcrafted, personal care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges to maintain safety and hygiene standards.
However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at Joiedpeau@gmail.com. Be sure to include your order number and a clear photo of the item so we can make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund—just email us with the details and photo evidence. We want you to be happy with your order.
Cancellations
We work quickly to get your order out. If you need to cancel, please reach out within 12 hours of placing your order. Once your item has shipped, we cannot cancel or make changes.
